| What is a "Party Circle" ? |
| A "Party Circle" is a group of 5-8 people who decide on exactly what refreshments they want for their "circle" at the party. You can bring anything you want, as long as everyone in the circle agrees on what is being brought, and knows what they are to bring. You do NOT have to stay just with your circle at the party. You can mingle with any other circles you want. You can share refreshments with other groups, too. |
| The reason we do Party Circles with large groups is to: - Make sure everyone gets something that they like - Reduce cost and/or allow everyone some flexibility with costs - Reduce waste |
| -- THINGS TO REMEMBER WHEN DECIDING WHAT YOUR CIRCLE WILL BRING -- -- Only cheese dip, plates, napkins, and ice will be provided. -- CHIPS !!! Each circle is responsible for bringing their own choice of chips. -- Each circle is responsible for their own choice of drink(s) -- If each person brings their own bottled drink, then you're good. If you are going to use cups and ice, you have to bring your own cups. You get to choose the size. -- If you bring a dish that requires plastic forks or spoons, you have to bring them. |
